Coolpad India — Mobile problem in on off

I did Submit my phone 1 month ago in coolpad service center morena (m.P.)
after 1 month they do not resolve my problem and not give any satisfactory answer.I am calling continue customer care but they do not give any answer
this is my worst experience with coolpad customer care representative
many representative said our company head office in china .how can i found my phone pls. do it something i am suffering very sad days from coolpad and I am wasting my time, money and every thing pls . do it positive for me and my cell no [protected]
