I had submitted my mobile coolpad 2.5 mege mobile's touch pad was not working properly, display cracking inside automatically and yellow color pachess on display . We have shown this to service center & they informed us that the display & touch pad needs to be replaced. They have also confirmed that the same will be replaced free of cost since the phone was under warranty. Thus we have submitted the phone on 25th Feb-17, however so far we have not got our phone back!! whenever we ask to employees at service center, they says we have not got the parts & so are not able to do repair/replacement. I was mail on coolpad customer care mail id : [protected]@coolpadindia.com but received auto reply every time mobile phone is under repair
Its more than 1 months now! when can we expect our phone back? If service Center is not able to get the parts than who else will get it!
We can not wait any more now, I request for replacement of phone ASAP or Refund the money of phone.
FYI - we have submitted our phone for repair to :SG Infotech
