Coolpad India — Mobile was damaged while process of repairing | |||
Sir, On 21-Aug-2016, I placed an order for a Coolpad Note 3 lite (black 16 GB) mobile phone, received it on dtd 25 Aug’2016 and however, within 10-12 days, there was some problem in working of this cell phone and on 7th Sept, 2016 when i was approached towards cool pad India authorized service center situated at Shri Ram Neo Tech, Dadar, Mumbai-400028, it has been declared by service center authorized person that there have a main board problem and hence required to be sent to Delhi for repairing purpose and would get return within 15 days. After many followup one month later on 7th Oct, 2016 cool pad India authorized service center Shriram Neotech called me to collect my mobile as the problem was fix. On 8th Oct, 2016 I went to collect my mobile, after checking i noticed that the right upper corner of the mobile is damaged, after discussing the issue with cool pad India authorized service center representative he told me that the mobile is repaired by the company and requested to mail the issue at customer care cool pad India and i did as instructed. Its regret to write here that, till date neither I have received any replay from cool pad India nor the damage to my cell has been repaired/replaced by cool pad India. The fact that the mobile was damaged while in possession is evidence that they failed to take reasonable care of it. Was this information helpful? | |||
