My coolpad qiku terra mobile is under warranty.. My phone had shut down completely and i had submitted it in coolpad authorised celltronix service centre (Coimbatore) on december 9, 2016... Jobsheet number is js[protected]... I have not yet received the repaired phone or replacement.. Kindly take action immediately and rectify the issue..
