Hlo my name is aman kumar. I belong to v. P. O. Nehri nauranga teh. Amb distt. Una state himachal pradesh pin no. 177210 mob. [protected] home mob. No. [protected]. Sir meri complain hai ki mere pass coolpad mega 3 ka phone hai. Usme problem yeh hai ki wo phone switch off pe charging krta hai. Or jab wo on hota hai. Tab wo charging nahi hota. Or aap mujhe btaye ki wo warranty ke andar repair ho sakta hai kya. Abhi usko one year nhi hua purchase kiye ko. Was this information helpful? | |||||

Mene coolpad mega 2.5d kharida tha.3 mahine me hi touch kharab ho gayi mene service center me phon dala to 1 mahine ke bad phon vaps diya phir bhi problem solve nahi huva.coolpad ki service bekar he coolpad ka mobile kharidana hi nahi chahiye.

Sir, my phone is very hanged, and bettery is very fast drain, i was going to your service center but they are not solve my problem and so kindly i request u to plz solve my problem as soon as posile ..
