Dear sir/madam

My name is sunil kumar. I was purchased a coolpad note3 lite in 9 april 2016. And after sometime i have some problems in my handset, like heating and more time taking in charging. So i was submitted my handset at 30th june 2016 in the janakpuri service center. My jobsheet number is js[protected].

Today is 5th august 2016, but i have no information about of my handset. Sir please help me for revert my handset from the hands of coolpad india company.
