Hi,

I have submitted my phone on 05-jun-2017. Still i haven't received my phone. Everytime i'm asking customer care they are saying that it will be get you back in next 8 days i'm listening this from last 2 months. I'm getting an same reason that it is sent to head office. Can i know where is my cell? Does it tales 2+ months to repair an handset. Please look into the case and provide me proper solution asap. Job sheet no - js[protected]

Coolpad dazen 1 I brought for 6999 one year back and its dead from 8 months no service center of Coolpad is of consumer satifiction values one of terrible Chinese company...I visited graphline solutions a Coolpad service center but they where just saying parts not available and kept it for 5 months and returned it without resolving my problem..
