Coolpad India — poor service

My mobile has problem with touch, so my mobile was given for repair on 29.09.2017 and my mobile is under warranty now date is 28.10.2017 till now my mobile is not repaired and still he was saying it takes more time and even they dont know how may days exactly so please replace my mobile or get repair my mobile and service is very very poor and we if it is not solved we will goto the consumer coart

My phone is getting shade at the top right portion, the shaded area is extending from right top to bottom, please resolve this issue, photo attached please rectify
