Coolpad India — Service adviser as not responding properly and is not giving respect

My mobile cool pad note 3. Mobile is hanging in d version of mosterlal and after i have gave to service center is updateted my mobile n gave to me as a lollipop version. Then after my moblie fingerprint as not working after that i was tel to service adviser is not giving a proper solution and is way of talking ia not good
As soon as possible my problem is not solevd i gave a case on your cool pad service center on s. V. Care, door no:46-21-4, 1st floor, sony care building, near big bazar, beside dwaraka inn, mandavari street, dondaarthi, visakhapatnam, pin no:530016

Sir.JobSheet no.Js[protected], about 45 days the problem not resolved about my mobile. A small service also not resolving the service centres.for coolpad mobiles. Is it a way ...please understand customers problems and resolve all issues..Tq.
