Coolpad India — Service complaint

I have bought 2 phone both were coolpad note 5 one i had bought in jan 2017 and other one on may 2017. The vedio camera of the both phones was not working properly. The one which i had bought in jan was working but suddenly it also stopped working now the are refuse to provide us service. They had kept my phone for more then a month and when we are asking about the phone when it's going to get repaired they are say we don't know and being really rude they have given us no which is not working. No number which is available on net and given by them is for coolpad. From last 1month they are bothering us not providing us service
