Coolpad India — Service complaints.

Job sheet no. Js[protected]. Your service centre in patna completely disappointed he used to say company didn't sent any adaptor or company sent damage adaptor. So wait 2 week more. Then i called your customer support then he told me to to service centre and tell him to create a new job sheet then i told him that give me exact solution then he transfered my call to supervisor or somebody else i dont know because i was online till 30 minutes and before connect the call he disconnected. After then i called two times more in your support but all of your boys gave me different ways like sir wait 2 week more and call me after half an hour then i will make you talk to our senior. Coolpad shut down ur company i[censored] r not able to provide us service.. And god promise i will never prefer anyone to buy any coolpad mobile or any accessories. I am really really really disappointed with your company.. And by god please provide me my adaptor. I will very thankful to you..
