Coolpad India — very poor customer support @ mumbai

Very poor experience at regenersis service center, saki naka, mumbai against coolpad note3 lite submit a week back. Issue with wifi was not checked/resolved by technician. Infact he did not even bother to ask the issue resolution. The front desk ladies are decent, but the guy is over smart. He told me to submit the handset back if issue is not resolved, without checking that same issue was reported for solution. Going to the service center multiple times is big deal, but the service center folks are simply oblivious to this issue...
