My job card no: ME[protected], i want give complaint against on cool pad service center visakhpatnam people and your telephone customer care.
Complaint No 1: My phone was submitted on 15.06.18 while giving my phone i asked service center people how may day it will require to resolve the problem??? for that your people answered you will receive with in 7 to 10 days, so for that i have called them on 25.06.18 about the status they said it will take another 10 days. is this is the good service your providing to the customers, i need compensation for the 10 days.
Complaint No 2: In order to complaint on service center people I called on 25.06.18 04:09pm to customer care no: [protected]. I think Maju or Manjulu garu attempted my call and a lot of discussion i told her to transfer my call to her superior but she suppose to refuse to transfer my call and again a lot of discussion she told me that i am transferring your call to my superior, but you people belive or not i have waited for 27 mins after that the call was disconnected automatically for that i am attaching my call screen shot also. I need proper reason why so was not connected my call to superior and immediate apologizes.
Seriously I am saying i need immediate apologizes from above complaints, and i need compensation form delay delivery of my product.
