Coolpad India — worst service ever I had seen. | |
Sir i am using coolpad cool 1 mobile past 5 months. Now my mobile charger doesn't work and i gave it to service centre (New computer care jhunjhunu), it is said that it takes 5 to 7 days to solve the problem but after 1 month still service center didn't provide me the solution as replacement with new one. I will never buy a coolpad product in future if coolpad don't provide me the solution. And i will also give the advise to everybody not to use this company product. Now what can you do. Battery backup is low. And also heating mobile...when data is on,

I purchased a cool pad mobile on 14/1/2018 i got a complaint on 28/1/2018 i submitted my mobile phone in service centre on 29/1/2018 but up to now i didn't get any status from cool pad customer care and cool pad service engineer company people is playing games with me i am requesting to everyone please don't buy cool pad mobile phones
