Coolpad — mobile not get till after repair

I purchased a coolpad note 5 product dcsc. Cp[protected]note5 royal gold on 23 oct 2016, phone started a problem "linings in phone screen" and i submitted it to the nearest service centre, i. E. Regenersis (India) private limited nehru place delhi on 12/08/2017 but till date they are saying part waiting. Kindly help me. Service job no.-rgjobdel/[protected], serial no-sdel/012718. Service centre name - regenersis (India) private limited nehru place delhi. Even i have talked to customer care also but not get a satisfied answer.
