i have given my phone for service in[protected] when i gave the phone for service they told within 15 days they will repair and give it to me.today is[protected] and i haven't got my phone. whenever i call the customer care they are telling me that within 3 days ill get my phone please be patient and when i asked the status they are telling me a part of my phone they ordered has just arrived to there headquarters just today from china and they will give it within 3 days... they are saying this to me for 1 month i emailed them saying my complaint but no response..please help me .. i am being cheated.
