Service is not given as the phone (Coolpad note 3 plus) purchased in feb2017by flipkart is having loud speaker and main speaker, both are not wotking properly, 3 times i have visited at store for the same even one senior exucative mr. Shivam also confirmed me to conversation with the store executive during submission of phone but when i went to store on that day mr. Shivam was not there for for talk, today again i called to care but yomany times call disconnected by care, please do needful at your end
