Hello my name is monika naresh lalwani. I have taken package from cordlife which is cord cb+ct worth rs 55, 300 and with 12 emi plan. When i was taking plan, the representative 'mr. Safdar' told that you will get 1 stroller free of cost after your 1st emi deduction. But now he is telling i didn't tell you about this offer and no such offer running. Now what i do? I have completed payment and also sample collected. Feeling cheated by cordlife india. Very disappointing is this when a reputed company do this. I know that company will not listen because i dont have any written offer latter and it was only said by the representative. I only want to inform people taking package from cordlife india that beware of them and take written offer latter and then only make payment to this cheater company.
