In our society tata sky broadband launched and in offer they gave gifts for particular package. I took the same and i registered for free gift which supposed to be delivered in 15 days from the date of registration as per their policy. I registered on 16th march 2019 every time i called them i hear one thing that it's delayed due to quality check but finally i took stand and after continues follow up finally gift was delivered on 29th april 2019.
But the gift was defective and not working as mentioned so i raised this with tata sky delight team but they are refused to send me replacement and they are so arrogant that not accepting their mistake.
