Corporation Bank — amount not withdraw from a/c but balance deducted from a/c

Dear sir,
As per i tried to withdraw 10000 rs. By date 10.09.2018 but physically did not got money but amount deducted from my a/c. No.[protected] named vishun singh.
With wdr no.[protected] ricco indl no.

I complaint for this for to the branch incharge but i do not get any response till now and no body given an satisfactory answer.

Kindly acknowledge my complaint and please try to provide my balance as soon as possible. My contact no. Is [protected]
