Sir/Madam,
I have opened a savings bank account here 12 years ago(year 2010). My account number is [0445/SB/01/010209] and IFSC Code is [CORP0000445]. Since I am shifting to another city and would not be able to maintain my account, therefore I would like to close my bank account. I have gone to your bank for account closure several times in the past and also talked to customer care but till now nothing has happened.Kindly stop the transactions with this account and transfer the balance to my SBI bank account no.- [[protected]], IFSC Code:-[SBIN 0010317].

    Hi,

    Today[protected], my friend abhishek rai send me 900 rs to my UPI ID by taking reference. through my mobile number [protected] and it deposited to cooperation bank account number [protected] IFSC CODE : CORP0000563 which i havent used for last 7 year and after discussing with customer care executive i came to know my account is already having negative balance

    I have not received any message from this account not even in sms and email and this account is dormant how this payment went to this account

    My request please revert back my 900 rs to me and close this account

    Could you please answer my query
    1- why this 900 rs went to this account number of cooperation bank which i havenot used for last 7 year and that is dormant already

    2-why you have deducted amount without any intimation via mail and sms

    3-do3s it mean that you continuosly deducting money without providing any information to customer without any intimation and till how many days and on what basis you deducted amount just because i opened account but what if someone opened and forget to closed and some mishappening happened and you continuosly deducted amount and asking money to those who dont know even what is going on because the person who opened even dont what is happening with him

    4-when you will return my money 900 rs and where because the person who called me up i am not getting any exact answer of my questions

    5-when and what date you resolved my query i need my money back i dont have waste of money to spent like this and please closed my account asap

    Answer my query if not tell me you dont have answer and you cheat people like this only this is just like scam to me which you doing with the customer its not matter of trust its mattter of trust and service

      I Mujeebur Rahman having Pan Number BCTPR7415Q opened a account (Account No is SB/01/000424) in Corporation Bank Malihabad, Lucknow faced a very big hardship by Income Tax Department under DIN & Notice No ITBA/ASTF148A(SCN)/2022-23/[protected](1) initiating penalty and enquiry on account of wrong reporting of cash deposit of Rs. 5 Crores instead of Rs 5 Lacs dated 25th June 2015. Because of this false report, I have to incur a good amount of money in replying to the notices and mental stress out of it.

      I have to request to please look into this matter immediately, and I shall seek refund of my expenses incurred on account of such a huge mistake by bank officials. which i shall be submitted to my bank once this case is over.

      I have to further request to correct the report filed by bank officials for FY[protected] and send the copy of correction or acknowledgement to present this to the Income Tax Department.

        I have signed a blank document stating that i am giving surety to my close friend but later i came to know they misused my signature and have given the loan to another person and i am dumbstruck how can a bank do such act. i request the authorities to take action as i am being tortured to pay the amount as i have given surety. How can i give surety to a person i hardly know ??. i have approached the bank manager and informed them but still not action was taken till date.

        i am working in railways and have very meagre income not enough for me to run my daily requirements i have a small kid to look after and my salary is not enough for us and they are asking me to visit to court and pay the amount. kindly please look into the matter and do the need full please.

                  Not received the refund initiated by amazon

                  On 22/09/2020, i have ordered salwar suit from amazon and did online transaction from my saving account of Corporation Bank. I returned that dress and refund was initiated in 3-4 working days. On 27/09/2020 the refund was initiated to my account by amazon..They told me to wait 3 to 5 working days to reflect in my account and mailed everything and gave reference no also..
                  On 6 Oct I went to corporation Bank met branch manager, she told to mail them...They will see to it.. but nothing happened I got the answer it will take time...But i have not received any money and its been around 15 days.
                  Not received the refund initiated by amazon...
                  MY BOTH REFUNDS ARE STUCK AND NOW ALMOST 15 DAYS ARE OVER...
                  Now I am tired of going and asking same question and getting the same answer..

                    i am Mr harpreet singh anand and my account number with corporation bank is [protected], I visited many times for issuance of my debit card but till date not given to me and reason beyond is poor attitude of staff of corporation bank in sector -3 rohni, new Delhi. since I stayed in hari nagar and this is my salary account, I requested them to transfer my account to hari nagar so that I can visit my nearby branch but not done anything. please help.

                      ATM Machine of Corporation Bank at Station Road, Dahod-389151, Gujarat is out of service for more than a week and there is only one ATM of corporation bank in the city. I have to renew my ATM card using ATM machine but I am unable to do that.

                        One month or so ago I raised a request to open my FD account with the branch. The representative in the Model Town Branch at the cashier desk guided me to visit the website and open a bank account. When I opened the account the account with another branch in Ashok Vihar I was told that the account was not activated yet and I will have to visit the account to get it activated. Today has been close to 30 days and I have not been able to transfer the amount to the newly opened bank account even after visiting the branch office more than 10 times. The FD transfer cannot be completed because as the Branch Head says this is a technical issue. She is a branch head who says it is a technical issue. Our rickshaw wala's know the proceedings inside parliaments and government houses but the Branch head here says that it is a technical issue. That's the competent staff hired for a renowned public entity. The simple transfer of money from one account to another has taken more than 30 days when the original account holder is a customer from past 30 years. There is no form to submit, no email to raise, representation from the banking officials. The complaint from my end is that I have not yet received the FD amount in my bank account yet after 30 days.

                                    I opened my first account in Corporation Bank in Mumbai in 1949, later having accounts in Pune before my current Bandra account NRO Account [protected] & IFSC Code. Is - UBIN0901202.
                                    I am an old customer of Corporation Bank, now Union Bank. I now reside in Canada and have been trying for over 3 months to get to internet banking so I can ascertain my bank balances and give instructions regarding my monies. Currently I am unable to do either and have followed all the instructions provided by my branch but are still having trouble. I've had no response from my branch for 0ver 3 months despite repeated emails as you will see from scrolling down this email. I finally emailed [protected]@corpbank.co.in but no answer from there either. Can you please help me by first just acknowledging my email and then guiding me as to how I can go online. I've tried everything but need to get some additional information. When you reply please email me all the information I would need to go on line and then provide it to me so I can do so.? Many thanks

Canadian Banks are not accepting Indian Rupee denominated cheques for deposit here and I wondered whether he could endorse Citibank's two bank drafts over to me and I could deposit them in my account.
                                    Regarding an ATM Card, I am hereby making the application for an ATM Card. In the even an application form is required please email me the form. There is no Union Bank branch in Toronto, Canada; how do I collect the ATM card ?

                                    Can you please also inform me the interest my account is earning and any suggestions to transfer some of it to a higher earning interest deposit.

                                    I'm sorry to have to appeal for your help again.

                                    As suggested by you in your email, I tried to set up my account for internet banking. I did not succeed as I was asked for and did not have the following:

                                    ATM card
                                    OTP. The system indicated sending it to the mobile phone number set up in the account, but no text appeared at that number. Can you please change the mobile number to[protected] since the number in your system does not appear to be working, so I can proceed with setting up my internet banking.
                                    Attached are the signed Change of address letter along with copies of our passports requested by you.

                                    I have a further question to ask. My son Nicholas Francis had two accounts in Citibank India which were closed and two Citibank Bank drafts in INR were mailed to him with the indication they could be deposited in his bank accounts in Canada. Canadian Banks are not accepting Indian Rupee denominated cheques for deposit here and I wondered whether he could endorse Citibank's two bank drafts over to me and I could deposit them in my account. Please advise me. I am also trying to get PAN Cards for my wife and myself with online applications. They don't seem to accept any of my Canadian Credit Cards perhaps expecting Indian ones. I don't have either an ATM or Credit Card with your bank. Is there a way I could get one quickly as I need to get our PAN Cards urgently?

                                    Can you please also inform me the interest my account is earning and any suggestions to transfer some of it to a higher earning interest deposit.

                                    A deposit with my Corporation Bank a/c number was accepted. How long will this continue. --- this will continue till 31st march 2021 thereafter you have to use your new account number and IFSC Code.
                                    Will my Corporation Bank cheques also be honoured until I get my new Union Bank cheque book?—old cheques with corporation bank account number and IFSC code will be honoured till 31st march 2021.
                                    Can my change of address letter be signed, scanned and emailed to you for faster service? --- Yes you can do that.
                                    What would you need for address proof? I'm assuming scanned Passport will be adequate ID proof. Please confirm --- Yes Passport copy will do for address change.
                                    Until I receive the cheque book, do you have a secure site where I can request payments to be transferred into another person's bank account in India or do you have a suggestion how I can do so electronically to avoid the delay of surface mail.- --you can use Internet banking till that time.
