Corporation Bank — at transaction declined and cash not received since two month

Kindly inform you that i am corporation bank customer. And i have salary account.in metoda branch, gujarat
I have tried to withdrawal cash from. Sbi atmosphere but due to area power failure. Atm was shutdown during cash dispensing. Process
Regarding on this i have given. Written complaint in my corporation. Bank but. They has not given any satisfaction revert
As per corporation bank. Official my txn was completed successfully. But it is falls i didn't received cash from the atm
There are not ready to check footage of atm or not ready to give any satisfactory answers after two time complaint at branch
