Corporation Bank — Atm lost rs 10000/-

Dear sir,
I have my a/c with your bank corporation bank my a/c no. is [protected]
By tha name of shamboo gupta.
On 29/11/2015 i withdrawal rs 10000/- with corporation bank atm besides sbi ge road tatibandh raipur chhattisgarh its amount debit by a/c but cash did not received.
I complained to bank for returned my 10000/- on complained no.[protected] but passed after seven month till today i didn, t got my atm lost amount.
Kindly as soon as possible returned my amount within 7 days.
After that i will go court.
