Corporation Bank — atm transaction failed but rs. 7000 debited from account.

On 11 sep 18, i tried to withdraw rs. 7000 from an sbi atm located at barnala. The transaction timed out and amount was deducted.
Called the customer care number many times, only once the number was picked up and the reply was"it will be refunded within 24 hours". It's been many days since.
Also booked the complaint through online banking portal to the branch manager, web manager, etc to all almost all the admins. There was zero reply.
Also emailed the problem to the home branch corporation bank, haridwar and two more admins of the bank. The reply was "contact the home branch"!!! That's what i did, so many times.
Still absolutely zero progress.
