V Venkatesh pvs from Bhatapara, Chhattisgarh

I have a savings bank account in corporation bank junction branch, trichy.in my savings account rupees 18000 was deducted by corporation bank on 4.4.2018. After this issue i immeadiately imform to my branch, they said to me, it seen you withdrew the amount 18000. Actually i was not withdraw the amount. I cannot use my account and atm card.
