It is respectfully submitted that a pay order was issued in favor of estate officer huda rohtak by your corporation bank rohtak in haryana. Due to technical reason the same was not accepted by huda department. So, i submit in original pay order with a request letter in corporation bank, rohtak to cancel the pay order & refund the same into my account. But with regret it is informed that many times i visit in the branch regarding refund no response given by concerned officers.
