Corporation Bank — complaint for delay in bank services and not performing their duty

Dear sir/mam,
This is to inform you that i have an a/c in branch of large corporate /corporation bank gurgaon near sector 15. A week before i reached there and filled a form for updating my new mob. No. But it is not done till yet in the mean while i called on the desk no. Of branch 100 of times in whole week but they did not pick the phone even a single time.

I am having a fracture in my foot which ia why i was unable to visit the branch again. All this happened because of not performing thier duty by the bank staff. I coudnt have arranged money in the week caused me mently stress and loss of health when i am already injured i couldnt have been to hospital due to non availablity of funds.
Please look into this matter and i request you to take appropriate acyion against the culprit.
