Corporation Bank — customer service and staff behavior

Atm debit card charges debited without issuing pin. And refused to state the balance in my savings account and not printed the exact transaction in my pass book even i request. Whenever i visit the branch the staff sitting in the counter will not give proper reply to my question and shouted at me. The same incident is happened repeatedly. Kindly close my account due to laxity of customer service.
