Corporation Bank — deduct amount but not refund

My account is in corporation bank and i wanted to withdraw cash 3000 rupees only on 25 sep 2019 at 10:25 a. M. So i went to axis bank atm near by chacha chowk (Parvatiya colony nit faridabad). When i enter atm pin and suppose to get money atm was switched off. I didn't get money and deduct money from my account and didn't receive refund. My account number is [protected]. Kindly do the needful.
