Corporation Bank — deficiency in counter services

Dear sir,

My name is manojkumar bhilota and i am maintaining saving account in corporation bank.

I want to share my worst experience.

Today i visited gandhinagar branch where i have account.

Branch code is 417.

I step in branch on 6th september 2017 at 3:45 to update my passbook. But counter staff (She was young lady) deny to do it as it was after business hours. I believe that only cash transaction not to be done after 3:30. I was disappointed as they deny such tiny task. And way she give me answer it was more disappointing. She tell me that you can approach either bm or cmd or chairman for this issue but i will not update your passbook.
