Corporation Bank — deposit enquiry incident 9th feb | |||
Dear sir, We have one fixed deposit account at your aralasurali branch. It got matured on 30.12.2014. When we approached your nanjangud branch, the branch at the the palce where we are presently residing, to enquire the account and to got it transferred to your nanjangud branch. Branch officials, accountant is murmuring complaining your connectivity and the system and i was informed to contact aralasurali branch. When i contacted the bm, he told we need to open sb account, for which we told we are ready. Then we have been informed by the bm that we have to wait till the april to open sb account. When we requested to enquire whether, fixed deposit has automatically renewed, he told that he cannot enquire term deposit account for which i have to approach the home branch. Please clarify in corporation bank, can an employee of non home branch verify fixed deposit account of other branch. Regards Was this information helpful? | |||

Hi am Vignesh N jadav i have given 3to 4 times mobile no they have linked to my account but still I am not getting any message alerts because of this am not able to create UPI pin for my apps because not getting any OTP messages
