I am sandeep dalai, state-orissa, dist-rayagada. I am living in rayagada with my mother, father and wife. I am doing job out of state (Andhra pradesh). Now i planed for take home loan in my area (Rayagada).
I submitted all document which is asked by bank manager, after that bank manager told me to open a passbook. After 1 day he told me your loan is can't approved due to caste problem (Sc).
