Dear sir,
since last 15 days, our EDC machine is not working properly.for approval only it needs to swipe the cards 2-3 times . and when it is time to take out settlement it says 'settlement failed'.
one day if settlement is not done, on the next day we can't scatch any cards through that machine.its really disturbing our business transactions.when we consulted the local EDC service they says its not our limit, bank server problem, and when we consulted bank officials they too shifts the issue to local EDC service.Totally we didn't got any proper solution from both sides.
If you are not going to solve this issue quickly we are going to activate any other banker's EDC service.else it is our request to close our account and deactivate the EDC machine. i hope you will respond as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
