I have done imps money transfer from my account today. I received the message from bank that the transfer got rejected but the money is debited from my account. The amount is not recieved by the other party in their account and also i did not get back refund to my account. I tried calling their customer care toll free number but its been busy ever since. Its very urgent. Please can anyone help me to get my money credited back to my account.
