Dear Sir,
We are having current account in your Barmer(1862) br and several saving accounts too !
We like to move your kind attention towards misconduct & misbehaviour of your staff Mr Amit, who most of time is non cooperative and his way of working is totally not acceptable to us.Most of time he get irritates while making our RTGS and other transactions, we don’t know its reason.
Currently we are going to submit a proposal for credit facilities to your Barmer branch to the tune of Rs 40 Laks which we are closing in SBI, Collct Br, Barmer, looking to your’s & other staff’s good behaviour, also we have about Rs 5 Laks balances in our several saving accounts.I have also taken home loan for Rs. 20 Laks from your bank and the conduct of our account is satisfactory.
Due to misconduct of staff Mr Amit, we are going to re consider our proposal for credit facilities, whether to skip or continue !!!
Your bank’s reputation may badly effect due to that staff and other customers may approach to you against that staff, so we request to your kind good self, please take appropriate action to that staff to improve your branch’s services and in the interest of bank.
