Corporation Bank — negligence of duty

I am complaining about negligence of duty by corp phase 10 mohali. I deposited cheque in account no [protected] dated 3 sep 2019 but i could not get credited money until now. I am going to suffer lot of problems due to this. Bank had told me that cheque is not readable online but as per my knowledge then cheque should be presented physically but my bank had not done this

On sep 2 2019 I transferred amount by net banking from my corp account to another acount, I got message that my amount is debited but not credited to another account.Bank officials told to wait for 24 hrs but till now amount is not credited I, 'm in need of money now.Need immediate solution for this problem.
