I have been trying for over 10 days to activate the new net banking as an existing customer but not successful.
Went to the bank branch on 3 occasions and 3 staff members tried to help me but they are also unsuccessful. I complained to webcenter several times giving the details but they have not rectified the problem.
There are two steps of activation and i as well the bank staff tried both options but failed: 1 through existing user id: got the message
"your user id is not authenticated. Kindly contact bank administrator".
And 2 via debit card pin. Got the message "unable to verify card details or invalid card. Please contact the bank administrator".
Conveyed the position to the webcenter but no response, no solution. As such i am unable to make online payments and transfer funds.
Please direct web center or the bank branch to solve the problem immediately
