Corporation Bank — not getting debited cash in my account

Dear sir/madam

On 30th march 2019 i transfered cash for which transaction has been failed but
Cash has been debited from my account and now being more than 48 hours i haven't recived any reverse cash. On the
Other hand cash hasn't been deposited into my friend's account. This is annoying
Matter so please solve this problem as fast as you can

This is K.Hemalatha.I have an account([protected]) in PUNGANUR branch.February, march month debited nearly 500 rupees from my account.Due to your bank employees rude behavior I am not able to get clarity for my debited amount.Please check and revert to same account.Thanking you sir.
