Corporation Bank — not to provide requested one year home loan statement

I have my saving account as well as home loan account with Mayur Vihar phase 1 corporation bank. I have made request several times to provide me 2018-19 home loan interest rate statement so that I can fill ITR but this branch is not responding, kindly help me for the same.
