Corporation Bank — online deposits missing

I have opened an online deposit in shanthinagar branch, bangalore on 12.07.2017 for rs.25000/-but it is not appearing in my list of deposits.
I sent many emails but not received any reply.
Hence l request to provide all my deposits viz. Opened, prematurely closed and matured since opening of my account in this branch.
