Corporation Bank — passbook not updated and missing more transaction

Im arif having ac no [protected] and ifsc code is corp0002133
My passbook not updated and many transection has been missing. More transection has been failed and debit from acount but same amount not credit till now. Such more amount disappear and not return to my acount. I have been given many complaint regarding this but no action is taken till now. This corporation bank branch jhandewalan delhi become lazy and not working properly as customer satisfactory. Pls do the action as easrly as possible.
Update my all transaction so that i can manage acount as my limit
