Corporation Bank — persistent server problem from one week before annual closing of accounts to one week after annual account closing | |||
I have been a customer of your basavanagudi branch at bangalore since 2003. I have been experiencing the above problem every year and the staff/officers and even the manager is helpless to assist the customers nor give a convincing reply. On the part of the customers, we have to undergo a lot of mental turmoil due to the problem. We will be having year end commitments which we are not be able to fulfill in a timely manner due to the uncertainity at the bank. Neft transactions get spilled over to the next day, cash withdrawals/ deposits is a problem. Our credibility with our business associates is being eroded due to no fault of ours,.. So also the reputation/ image of corporation bank is taking a beating in the business community. It is felt a permanent solution has to be made at the bank's end so that the year end report generation, etc., has to be done after or before the business hours, without affecting the routine operations.
