Corporation Bank — refund is not proceeds in my bank account

Sir, i am purchase a watch of price 449 product on amazon and cancel before delivery but refund is not proceeds in my bank account. Refund issue by amazone is on 4/9/2018. My reference number of refund is[protected] and the amount is 449. Amazone customer care told to to file a charge disturb form in your bank
Sir please help me regarding this issue
