Corporation Bank — refund not credited to my account

I shopped on myntra & returned the product due to quality issues. I made payment using my corporation bank debit card for rs.1252.44 /-. They had also processed my refund to my bank account on 24th august 2017. I have still not received the refund amount in my account. Kindly speed up the refund process.
