The Branch Manager, 11/09/2014 Corporation Bank, 1859 Ramakrishna Nagar, Near Andolana Circle, Mysore, (KARNATAKA) Dear Sir/Madam, Sub: Refund of yearly SMS Charges. I (Ashok Kumar Agarwal) having a Saving A/c. No.[protected] with your branch, in my said A/c. you have debited Rs.112/= as SMS yearly charges as on 06.08.2014. I would like to inform you that at the time of Opening the A/c. your staff had informed that your bank will not charge any amount for SMS Services and it is totally free. But now you have charged the same, so it is a case of cheating with a customer. So, Please I would like to request you to refund the deducted amount in my SB a/c.
