Corporation Bank — refund the amount

This is siva prasad Guntakala, I have an saving account([protected] ) of in your Guntur branch.
In the last month i am transfer the of 4000/- Rs my SBI Account([protected]) to corporation account( [protected] )on[protected], the amount is not credited to my corporation account, But the amount is debited in My sbi Account([protected]) with NEFT INB: IRG6028684 on[protected], i enquiry on sbi branch, they replied that transaction status is succession sbi, verify your corporation branch
