I ashwani kumar khunger is the holder of saving account with sector-11, panchkula branch.
In the 1st week of september 2017, i requested the branch on a prescribed performa to activate service alert facility in my account. But after 15 days the situation remained the same. I again submitted the form for the same service. But till 4th october 2017 no body bothered about the service. I visited branched three times in between but every time i was sent back by the staff with a remark that system is not working.
On 4th october 2017 i gave one more application to update my signatures along with all required proofs. Bank staff assured me that the same will be done in a day or two.
On 12th october i visited the branch to inquire the status of my request of signature updation and sms alert. I was told that signature updation have already been done but my mobile number was not updated.
Today again i visited the branch and asked for the status of my request of sms alert. They again ask me to submit request.
And to my surprise my online transaction bounced because of the signature differs.
On checking it was found by the manager mr. Rao that my application for signature updation was stapled to my account opening form with taking any action.
Then mr. Rao assured me to do the needful.
Please let me know whether i should continue with such type of bank which is not able to activate sms alert even after one and a half month, and the bank who hardly bothers about the reputation of the customers just for not doing the updation of requests. Was this information helpful? |
