Corporation Bank — rude behavior of staff at adyar branch today (26th june 2018) at 515 pm | |||||
Dear sir, Today i visited your adyar branch to deposit money in cdm, but it was not working and i happened to meet one of your staff at atm counter. I complained him that the cdm was not working even 4 days back when i wanted to deposit the money.in the due course i informed him that i hold my account with you for last 7 years, and its highly inconvenient for us if the cdm does not work. On hearing this he has suggested or ordering us to withdraw my account from the bank, as they are not interested in having customers like us. If this is the type of team you are going to have then i doubt the future of corporation bank, which unfortunately is already running on loss. Iam sure some action will be initiated against the concern, else they must be trained on handling customers grievance. Dear Sir, Account details in corpretail/corpease not matching with actual transactions.Some transections are missing. Problem is persisting from very long time.
