Corporation Bank — third class service & irritating staff behavior

Dear responsible manager,

This is rupesh ubhare from mumbai.
I have my salary account in your ghatkopar branch.
Almost 1500+ salary accounts are there from my company.
सबसे खराब experience रहा है मेरा आपके bank के साथ.
1 month before i had applied cheque book & i received sms from bank की dear customer, as requested by you, the personalized cheque book has been sent to your branch. Kindly contact the branch to collect the same. From corpbank

Bank में जाने के बाद आपके employee ने arrgument की और कहा की ये this mistake from bangalore team. We don't have any docket number this is your responsibility to talk with call center.

I don't know की ये massage कोई पढेगा और reply देगा.
फिर भी एक positive reply की आशा रखता सुख आपका परेशान & दुःखी account holder.
