Corporation Bank — withdrawal

Whenever we go for cash withdrawal with corporation bank anna nagar east branch, chennai, they r not giving cash - they always want us to wait for 2-3 hours, the manager will go to some places and get the cash and give us, they say its rbi rules to not to keep cash in the bank, the withdrawal amount will be under 5 lakh, my company name is your choice, sometimes after waiting also, they r saying no cash for us, the behaviour of the manager is also not good, they are not at all bothered about customers and their retrival, i want the solution for my problem, pls ask the branch to hold the cash in bank oratleast they should have someone to go quickly and get the cash from their place and give it to customers.. Thanks
